Delivery Information:

Orders placed before 12:30pm Mon - Fri will be processed via royal mail tracked 24 and sent out the same day.  Orders placed on after 12:30pm on a Friday, weekends and bank holidays will likely experience a short delay in delivery. 

Same Day Home Delivery Service:

We operate a same day home delivery service monday to friday.  If you want this service orders must be placed through our facebook page before 12:30pm. They can be paid for with paypal or bank transfer.  You can pay cash on delivery if you have the exact right money as our driver doesn't carry change. 

Missing Items:

Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control an item may appear online that is out of stock or delayed coming back instock. If this occurs we will contact you immediately to organise a substitute or process a refund.

Returns Policy:

We offer a 30 day instore warranty on most items and the manufacture directly offers a longer warranty (see warranty card on your item) For items that are not faulty we can refund or exchange hardware and replacement parts such as coils or pods so long as they are still sealed (as sold) upto 14 days after purchase. 

Items Excluded From Returns:

Any disposable device is excluded from our returns policy and we cannot refund or exchange disposable items.
