Refund policy

We offer a 30 day instore/online warranty on most items and the manufacture directly offers a longer warranty (see warranty card on your item) For items that are not faulty we can refund or exchange hardware and replacement parts such as coils or pods so long as they are still sealed (as sold) upto 14 days after purchase.
